CTD at Tenpines Bluff

[Crassie Wassie]

So basically I started a new game and I cant get to tenpines bluff
I dont believe any of my mods are conflicting or if there's any reason for it to Crash like this
This also happened when i'd fast travel to warwick homestead on a previous save
this is really frustrating and I dont think I have any mods that even touch that area

So
From what i've read from research across the internet youtube to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ redit to steam
nexus
looking for mods to adress this issue
i've capped and uncapped my framerate
everything
It seems like nobody on the entire internet has figured out why this ♥♥♥♥ happens
it's like the issue old skyrim and old fallout faced where as you played the game would slowly become less stable
and crash more
like it was getting tired or something and if you stopped playing for a while you'd have more time to play between crashes

a mod conflict
but which one

Okay I've isolated the offending mods to 33 in my mod list
When I find it i'm getting drunk

I'm a gnats foreskin close to solving this mystery

I've found it Armor for Dogmeat and strong by Spunky Munky and TambaJamba No Dlc version was the one that caused this nightmare for me
