In vortex the problem it appears in mods but does not appear in the plugins

Not possible. Sony doesn't allow external assets in mods, everything in a mod must already be in the game or DLC.

Looks like you need to download one of the Textures files (1k, 4k, or 8k), and the last one that seems to actually contain the plugin.

Anyone know whether it appears in the leveled lists, somewhere on the map, or whether it just needs to be crafted? It seems awesome, so I'm downloading it either way. I just hate crafting the downloaded guns I find, because it feels really cheap.

It says level lists right at the top... reading mod descriptions helps in alot of cases with troubleshooting you should probably start doing it, it saves alot of headaches

In my defense, I saw the big letters where it said "NO README" and then got frustrated and developed one of those headaches that could have so easily been prevented...
