Tried disabling that, no difference. I'm just editing it with a update so check that. I've managed to kind of find the issue but still not totally.
Raider overhaul is extremely buggy. Don't recommend anyways; in addition, in most cases disabling isn't enough. You'll have to uninstall it to be safe.
I've just found that unique disabling Unique NPC's fixes the issue (Read the edit) so I'll try just uninstalling raider overhaul.
In that case it was probably just a conflict. If uninstalling Raider Overhaul and installing Unique NPCs fixes it, try changing up the load order for those two. They also could both just be incompatible as they edit the same NPCs.
Perfect! I messed a little bit around with something i'd never done before, being the rules for mods in the load order. Thankfully I managed it first try. Let's hope it stays that way.
