Report a translation problem
- Deactivate all mods (not unistall)
- Delete all .ini files inside the Fallout 4 folder in Documents except Saves and F4SE if present and restore the game files via Steam.
- Try to play by reactivating mod one by one

If you have an Nvidia card then use GeForce Experience to optimise the game's settings. It will turn it off for you and pick some reasonable parameters for your game. You can use the quality slider in GeForce Experience to adjust the balance (quality vs. performance).
