My suggestion is to UNINSTALL all your mods, uninstall Fallout 4 completely by deleting the Fallout 4 game folder, delete all the ini files in Documents/my Games/Fallout4 and start from scratch with a clean vanilla install.
Install CBBE and ONLY CBBE and use my previous post as a guide.
This would be a rare bug, because usually issues come from installing archives, but in this case something is clearly off with how files are handled.
===================================================================
CBBE is nothing more than a REPLACER. It creates what's called "loose files" and inserts them into your game's DATA folder using the same EXACT path the vanilla files use in the game's BA2 archives. This is how replacers work.
For example, if you used a BA2 extractor, you would see that the VANILLA female body mesh is located at :
Data/meshes/actors/character/characterassets
and is called FemaleBody.nif. CBBE installs a replacement body at the same exact location but as "loose files". In the game, loose files always "win", which means they OVERRIDE whatever is in the BA2 archive provided they use the same path.
CBBE also installs the hands, the first person meshes and compatible textures using the same technique described above.
BodySlide is nothing more than a mesh BUILDER that will again create loose files that override the ones in the game's BA2 archives.
================================================================
There's no PLUGIN that has to be activated since all we're dealing with here are loose files. It's for this reason that you have me scratching my head here. Something is not right with your game and / or mod installation so if you want to give it one more shot, try reinstalling CBBE with the following options:
Choose CBBE Curvy when it asks you what body and do not choose the "Nevernude" option.
When you create your custom body in BodySlide, make sure "CBBE Curvy" is selected in the PRESET Drop down and "CBBE Body" is selected in the OUTFIT/BODY drop down.

Once you're done messing with the sliders, do a "Save as" then select your custom preset in the "Preset" drop down. Make sure CBBE Body is still selected in the "Outfit/Body" drop down, check off "Build Morphs" and then click "Build". Don't batch build anything yet.
Now check in-game to see if your new body is there. Hopefully it will be. If it is, you can now exit the game and batch build your outfits.
Using latest version.
