I can fast travel near Vault 88, Hyde Park, Suffolk country Charter School. I can fast travel in Vault 88 but if i exit then im back on Desktop!!
What can i do?

So i tryed whit new game no problem in hyde park. But old game is still crashing

I didn't even finish reading your mods list. My game was not very heavily modded at all, just a few skins, nothing really affecting the environment or NPCs, but I was getting too many bugs. I uninstalled an reinstalled to be certain I was running a 100% vanilla game.

It is a monumentally BAD idea to mod this game that heavily. You have code in your game from over a hundred different programmers that are NOT working together.

Yeah, you can EXPECT problems like this under these circumstances.
