E button in FO4 does not work for anything. Makes scrapping and building really hard. When i scrap i have to press R then enter . same thing when i build i have to press enter instead of E. Why does this happen and how do I fix it? Im in windows 10

I've had issues with the shift and tab keys not working. All I had to do was open and close the steam overlay again.

Could you provide my info?

When did this start, has it been like this since the start, what mods you have if any, etc.

this has been happening as far as i can remember since day one and i have a lot of mods installed
here is the list:
vault tech bobble jet
better graphiocs and weather
skillzerk weapons pack
batman beyond
unlimited settlement budget
cheat room
cheat terminal
unofficial fallout 4 patch but its not enabled because i dont have the dlc's
