Respec/mod, suggestion/help

So I picked the game up after a few years or so, and decided to play it again for a run through. Decided to try something completely different, but due to a fidgety mouse finger, when trying to decide where to put some perks points I was sitting on, I placed them into a totally wrong place in the chart.

This got me to thinking, what are some safe ways to respec a character, or rebuild a character, using commands or a mod that won't rain fire upon my game for console use. This is for utility purposes, tweaking and properly rebuilding a character that I (may yet again) slipped up on.

I figure a game this old, probably has dozens of mods upon mods, but how many of them still work? Where a place to begin looking, I'm not sure. So I defer to you, the community whose still here, enjoying the game, to help me out. I appreciate your time reading this, and thank you for any feedback you can provide.

You can add perk points with the command console

CGF "Game.AddPerkPoints" 1

There is a list of codes you can use to add specific perks that you can find on the wiki. I won't copy/paste that since the list is way too long.

Open note pad. Copy/Paste list of perks. Edit/replace player.addperk with player.removeperk
Save file as respec. Place file in your Fallout 4 folder. During game, open console and type bat respec

That will wipe all of your perks. Then just give yourself perks for your level.

Not sure if there is a mod that does this already.
