Mistake I made on my first run, you can get any perk on the chart, given you meet the requirements. You don't go sequentially down the line on any of them. Wrong Way.
and how should i do to unlock others? I upgraded all level 3 perks to the maximum level
the highest ones require i think close to rank 40 or a little above / below
it depends
you also need the SPECIAL lvls to be able to upgrade them. Most needing lvl 10 or close to it.
Yeah they really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the previous SPECIAL, traits, perks, and skill points system. Now im not gonna lie that this way it makes you think 2X about it and i'm semi-glad they got rid of needing high intelligence to get max skill points but the payoff wasn't enough.
If you don't wanna think about it too much you can set your SPECIAL lvls by adding skill points using console commands. If i remember it was cgf "game.addperkpoints" # (of skill points) on the console commands. You can bring it up using the ~ key. It's better than manually adding the skills or the SPECIAL stats itself b/c of complications with the new system. I just add enough skill points to be able to get a decent build + some skills too.
Again they really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it hard.
and would you know to tell me which command do I use to unlock the science perk? skyrim perks were easier, miss skyrim
Just to be clear. Do you mean rank 4 of a perk (Like Science 4)? Just buy ranks 1-3 first . If you mean Level 4 or higher perks on the chart, then you just need to scroll the chart down by moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen. The only thing required to make the first rank of any perk available is to have the appropriate SPECIAL attribute be equal to or higher than the level of the perk.
Science is a level 6 perk on the chart under the Intelligence attribute, so the only thing you need to do to be able to select it is to have an Intelligence of at least 6. Character level does not matter for the first rank of a perk, only the 2nd and higher ranks.
