Maybe some have not seen the amazing screens on Nexus of whats possible with Fallout 4, but im not surprised at so many mods.
What mod manager are you using? It's clear that one mod is overriding another, or the mod order is out of wack. Double check to make sure there are no conflicts in the mod descriptions, and that if each mod has a specific order (the authors usually mention this in their descriptions) they're in the correct order
you didn't list them but you do need looksmenu and the unqueplayer main file installed. i'm assuming you have them since you said you didn't get any errors from vortex
