I'm trying to trigger the Nick Valentine quest that failed to start

I finished the quest “Jewel of the Common Wealth – Go to the Valentines Detective Agency”. By, of course, speaking with Ellie Perkins and I had my character agree to go and locate Nick Valentine. In order to start the following quest, except it doesn’t trigger the actual following quest to find Nick Valentine.

I know right where he’s at in the subway vault, but without that specific quest starting right after speaking to Ellie Perkins, Valentine just gives passive remarks and stands there when I try to start the dialogue with him. I’ve even gone back several saved game files, numerous times, but that doesn’t work either.

So I’m looking to find out what the console command is for PC to manually trigger the quest. I’ve looked on PCgamer site and games radars site for the specific console command, which do have numerous ones. But I can’t seem to be find the exact command string for this.
