Has an ingame model and is listed as being a settlement, now all I need to do is find the SWSC-1 Olympus Mons.

I know, I get that loading tip as well and I'm not sure which mod added it

It's probably just a loading screen and a model. Perhaps a part of other mods. It probably doesn't exist in-game.

Well, we wouldn't know this unless we got confirmation from the original mod author. Still, an space station themed settlement does sound pretty kick a$$

We do know because we can't find anything about that anywhere. If it was an established mod feature, it would be easily Google-able.

It's an Easter Egg dropped into the game by some random, clearly non-canon, mod.

You could try using the help console command. Something like:

help olympus 0

Might get you an ID that would point to the mod.
