Parts of the Commonwealth are disappearing.

I am using mods and every time I go to cretin points in the world things glitch out and disappear. I need some help with it. I am playing on the windowed and on the medium/low graphic setting but things keep disappearing. Any i ideas of how to fix them?

It won't matter what the load order is, honestly. That's caused by two mods making edits to the same world space/cells. 99% of the time, moving the mods around won't make a difference. They need a compatibility patch.

Also mods that screw with precombines (like Scrap Everything) will cause that in lots of places, but I don't believe it's safe to remove it mid-play either.

Well, I just wanted to see WHICH mods he had. Wasn't interested in the load ORDER. Can't make an observation without knowing what they are.

I'm not sure we want that can of worms opened at 200+ mods.

Still, I know South of the Sea also causes a lot of issues with a lot of other quest-heavy mods that also put stuff in the Glowing Sea and Southern Marshes.

Never go to cretin points. That's a no-no. Nor use cretin mods nor a cretin mod list.

The fix is RTFM. However there is no guarantee that the mod list, even if sorted into correct order, would be bug free. Anything that breaks pre-vis or pre-combines can cause holes in the landscape. That includes scrapping, incorrect load order, patches, and a long list of incorrect mods.

As for the mod list, "having the lot" isn't necessarily a wise choice (just kidding) -

What you got wrong is the fact you got a makeover mods causing a conflict.
