How do you move NPCs?

Just wanted to ask if there is a console command or something to move NPCs manually because when I revisit some areas and settlements, I see NPCs stuck on the roofs of houses or under tables with their feet sticking through the floor. sometimes when I revisit the area the NPCs have moved, but other times they are still stuck where I found them. such as in Vault 81 when one of the scientists kept getting stuck under a table. one time I found a NPC stuck in the ceiling.

I know I should just keep fast traveling back and forth until the NPC gets itself free, but again, there are times this doesn't work. so does anyone know a trick I could use?

You can use console command for this. Target NPC through console and type:
MoveTo Player

Alright, thanks a lot. this'll be very helpful when I have a NPC on the roof and won't come down. Lol

At least NPCs are silent. Carla's brahmin gets stuck on the roof every now and again, keeping massive noice.

Sometimes when I'm at Sanctuary I find Brahmin inside of houses and I can't place new furniture inside because they are in the way. usually I just kill them and loot the corpses but this console command will save me some trouble. so thanks again. XD
