Hub 360 DIA cache for the green one, and the nuka world one given out by the cappy in the haystack quest afaik, red rocket one is north of the starting location.

By any chance is there also any for Lab coat? That could be found fairly early.

The only definite drop is if you're chosen as lab assistant in the cambridge polymer quest, otherwise they're only worn by people, for example, Patricia at covenant if you have that settlement, you should be able to trade for it if she's a settler.
Or if you're doing The Disspearing Act and loot the villain of that quest.
