Can't apply long recon scope to .50cal sniper rifle

I have all the requirements.Level 3 gun nut,level 1 science and all the parts.Though,it's greyed out and i can't do anything about it.

have you scrolled down in the required ingrediants list? sometimes it does not display all that is required on the screen.

Some junk items don't register properly, it seems to be random when it does that, and usually happens if you're using only a very few number of junk items. Be sure you have more than enough junk to build the mod, or if you're building from limited supplies, take them all out and drop them on the settlement ground. Enter build mode and scrap them all. Now they should register properly as the amount of junk you need to make the mod.

Dunno if that's the problem, hopefully it is or you fixed it already.

I must add that i added the resources needed for the scope by console cheats :^)
