Question about a place in Justin Ayo's dialogue?

ok in the institute conference room Justin Ayo talks something about institute has control of fort independence except the only fort independence is in fallout 3 and owned by the outcast or is this another place that is only mentioned?

I think he says they are monitoring it or it's under control but not that it is under their control.

Id beg to differ. The quest itself is called "taking independence" already, nice hint if you're taking notice.

What he believes he heard from Ayo, which is actually in the lines of "were monitoring the increased acitivy around fort independence, but there is nothing to be concerned about", also shows disregard for anything thats happening around him.

You gotta be playing the game while looking at something rather distracting, or listening to something else entirely, to have such eh, borked notions and be missing such basic knowledge entirely. I kind of feel thats 70% of this games playerbase, tis pewpewpew, nudes, and playing house, rest is secondary.

I think you nailed the playerbase -- but it's also a game, so to each their own -- but I'll be honest I wasn't real certain what Fort Independence was myself when I first played. Besides, it's easy enough to miss things with RL distractions or just not being all that attentive, mods or not.

I wasn't arguing anything else. Just the tidbit. And i understand you perhaps missing details at first, as did i im sure, but user has 1700 hours of fallout 4. You reckon thats fair to think you had enough time to learn what fort independence is in fallout 4? so i had a little go at it.
