Fallout 4 CTD at random times, error log attached
So I've recently decided to pick up this game again, because it's one of my all time favourites, and after my last stretch of playing it for about a month, I decided to move my data folder to an external as it took up about ~130 gbs on my hard drive (I have quite a few mods downloaded). About a week ago, I moved it all back onto my hard drive, did the standard verify game cache as well as updates or reinstall most of my mods. I also updated F4SE. After playing for a couple hours with no issues, I noticed that my game would crash frequently when running around the map or loading interior cells, if I were to stand around in a settlement or one location, it wouldn't happen. I also got CTDs when scrolling through the fencing section of the Homemaker mod tab. When I came back to play in December of last year, I had a huge issue with CTDs in the settlement building menu, it ended up being the infamous Homemaker Military Fence CTD, so I downloaded the patch then and it worked great, and I've downloaded it now and it's fixed the CTDs when building, but they still happen when I'm out and about so to speak. I downloaded Buffout 4 to generate crash logs, but when that mod itself started to crash my game, I got rid of it. I figured I'd pastebin one of the crash logs just to see if anyone can help me out, here it is: https://pastebin.com/1c9jjEmG I also realize that cindercraft is mentioned in the crash log, I've removed it and my game is still crashing. Please help! I'll provide any more info that is necessary. (Crash log once again: https://pastebin.com/1c9jjEmG)

Alright I'll ask the important questions until some guru g0d comes by to read your crash log.

Have you tried disabling Homemaker to see if the crash persists??

Do you use utilities such as FO4Edit and LOOT?

Do you have a crap ton of save files?

How much memory/vram usage does task man show after a long period of playing? Could be a VRAM / memory leak.

Are the crashes occurring frequently after a couple hours of playing, or frequently at random intervals of playing? If the former, what are your hardware temps when the game crashes?
Could be your CPU or GPU is getting too hot after a while and crashing the game, I've had that happen, cleaned my PC case out (dusty as ♥♥♥♥) with compressed air and temps dropped a solid 10-15 celsius which stopped the overheating.

If all else fails, start uninstalling 1-2 mods at a time until the crashing stops, and narrow it down from there. This is obviously a PITA because you have to keep playing a couple hours each time to see if it's fixed, just start with the main suspect mods (such as Homemaker) and remember that without labor nothing prospers. I do not use LOOT or FO4Edit anymore, should I? Also I will try disabling homemaker. Yes I have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of save files (probably 10-20 but I save scum a lot, I will quicksave every couple minutes for fear of my game crashing). In terms of memory usage, Fallout seems to be pretty consistent over the period that I play. I can for sure monitor temps while playing as well, I'll see how that goes, but the crashes could happen after 5 minutes or 2 hours, it's pretty random.

So, I've got a new error log, but I'm not reading anything important from this one yet. https://pastebin.com/WWQYjDFX This time it seems to have happened when loading out of Kellogg's house in Diamond City, it was right after I tabbed in and out in a loading screen though
