trying to add decals to power armor cant seem to figure out how to do so

I haven't tried this either, after my hiatus from the game. I did notice that there is a decal workbench in crafting menu.

This is something that I am going to try this week as well. I though that bench would allow you to create assignable decals with stencils you have found, but I might be wrong.

If I am wrong, then AWKCR likely expects stencil to be present, when creating the decal for armor.

Edit: Quick search tells me that we would also need to create paint bench. This seems be overly complex matter, though at least I can get some use for the warehouse I just built...
