Just type help charatertype 0 where charactertype is the enemy or NPC type you want.
So if you want to see 1000 BoS fighting 1000 Deathclaws, you type
help deathclaw 0 and it gives you a list of all Deathclaw types and their Form IDs.
Next, type
help brotherhood 0 or help soldier 0 and it gives you a list of everything related to the word "Brotherhood" or "soldier", including NPCs.
Pick the ones you want and type tai to turn the AI off first, then player.placeatme and whatever NPC from the first group you want then the quantity and press enter.
Exit the console to let them spawn, move a few feet away (or into the crowd) and do it again, but select the opposing team of NPCs and exit the console.
Move to a safe viewing distance and type tdetect so no one sees you, then tai to turn the AI on again, and watch the defecation hit the rotary oscillator.
ANd yet it sold 75 million units in the first 24 hours of its release.
The current spate of reviews are largely tainted by those who oppose the recent Creation Club addition because of abject paranoia that free mods are going away. A lot more of them are tainted by the voiced main characters, which is a first for Bethesda's Fallout renditions.
Many negative reviews are also crying about how it's lost that RPG element in favor of attracting the Madden and Call of Doodie crowd without offering them the chance to screech over a headset mic in online play, how the main story was sorely under-developed (no realistic end-game options), and how there are mods on the Nexus that make the game better.
So basically, over half the reviews are useless, baseless, and whiny.
