Any mods to make character/NPCs speak Russian but keep subtitles English?

Hey there everybody! Hope you've had a good day. Now to explain my question. I planning making a "Metro: 2033" type playthrough using Frost and some other mods for feel. But the reason for my question is that metro takes place in Russia, and Russians speak Russian. They don't in the metro games, but I want it to feel stalker/metro and not so much Boston. So all in all I'm looking for a relatively good mod that changes audio to Russian but keeps text and subtitles English, or otherwise instructions on how I could do this myself. Thanks for any help. :)

If russian audio existed for this game, it would be quite easy
But there isnt, russian version is english voiced

So, unless someone bothered to do the whole voice recording himself, you wont be able to get russian voices

If you change the language of the game in the steam properties in your steam library (right click fallout 4 > click properties > click language and change it to russian) back up the strings folder and all of the .ba2 files in the data folder, and overwrite the "english" one when you change the language back, it should have russian subtitles.
If not, be sure to report back

And by .ba2 files, the files with "- interface" in them.

I think you misunderstood. I want the character and NPCs to speak russian, but have everything but that in English. English subtitles and menus etc, but russian audio.
