Vault walls missing, still

I stopped playing this around the release of the Vault DLC because the vaults are now bugged.

That is the video of the problem I am facing, I see whoever made the video recorded it in 2016, and I'm still plagued by it in 2018.

I don't have many mods installed either. Nothing major and nothing that ulters vault walls.

Does anybody have a fix for this? I'm using UFO4P too, no fix in their either.

Scrap Everything? Known to cause issues like this. I only see it in one spot in Vault 81

I don't use it. I did find some junk in my data folder a while back that has since been cleared. Problem still remains.

One was called 'questmod' no idea where from.

I've just fault finded every mod in my very limited order. Nvidia vault 1080 was the culprit. They should just stick to making graphics cards.
