VATS with ENB too dark

I'm new to enb/reshade with fo4, but i'm having a problem with VATS being very dark almost pitch black and cant see anything as the action plays out, even in daylight or well lit interiors. Is there a setting i'm missing that stops it from being so dark?

disable "adaption" under the "effect" tab works for me, i disable some of thats effects and vats is no more dark,

i also can now enable all that effects and vats still works fine
