Bug/Glitch? Quest: The Molecular Level

Hey guys,

I want to finish the quest "The Molecular Level", but I am not able to do this.
Actually, I built all required elements (Stabilized reflector platform, Molecular beam emitter, Control console) an linked it with power cable on the same network. So everything is working and blinking.
I also see the quest marker at the center of the platform. But if i enter it, nothing will happen. Sturges ist still standing at the console pushing buttons. When I talk to him, he only give me the tips where to find thecomponents to build everything. But I already have built it.
I rebuilt all a few times in different places at sanctuary. But it still doesn't work.
I don't have more ideas. I watched all youtube tutorials and read a few forums, but there is no solution.
Please lovely community, please... HELP ME. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I dont want to cheat...^^

Did all those components for the teleport snap together? I was using mods back then and I remember this happening because of a "place everywhere" mod if I'm not mistaken.

Yes, I also built a relay dish and every component, including the powerstations, are snapped with it.

Spring Cleaning mod also causes the same problem, turn it off, snap the platform and beam emitter together, after you used the whole thing for teleportation you can turn the mod back on, don't worry, all scrapped trash will return to scrapped state when the mod is turned on again.

One time I had to put generators back into workshop, then reposition and rewire them.

Thank all for your ideas.
I have build one more generator than it is needed and all elements are blinking. So I thinkt power isn't the problem.
I also disabled all mods, but there is still no change.
I am really stressed about this :(

1. connect enough power to each device
2. connect other devices to main platform

that should be ok, unless something's buggy

OMG. It worked. After 27..times of rebuilding Sturges comes around to the console and the dialog sequence changed into the next one.
I have no idea, what i changed. But at this time, I built the platform at very last. Maybe this was the problem, maybe not. But now, this day feels like christmas for me :D
