Stutter lag with Valkyr Female Face and Body Textures

Since that mod page is dead with no response i wanted to ask this question. Does anyone else lag or stutter every few seconds with this mod? I have three companions and every time we enter or leave an area like Good neighbor or Diamond city it will lag for like 3 seconds to load in my companions.

Are you sure its the mod?
Maybe its a other mod or your Hardware.

Its the only face texture mod im using when ever i disable it, the stutters stop. Im not sure if its becasue im running the game on a HDD rather than a SSD.

Do you have lag/stutter without companions and in other locations?
The game run fine on HDD except the loading times.
