Pip-boy not showing up on arm
right after i leave v111 and getting a bunch of menu things asking me to say yes/no (just in case that might have to do something) i also have a pip-boy retexture on. if someone could help me as soon as possible that would be great. thank you. Try to switch from first into third person and back into first using "V", as far as i know this brings back the pip-boy.

yup and adding to this, it should also bring back weapons if they disappear

Sorry but this did not work for me the only solution i have found is to coc out of the fault, but i think that it also caused a glitch which makes the entire screen black with just my hud.

player.equipitem 00021b3b

That equips the default pipboy if it's unequipped for some reason.

some mods especially if they change inventory or items like the pipboy that you do not have may need to be activated after you leave the vault (or at least pick up the pipboy). especially if the mod creator did not put a check to wait until the quest for leaving the vault has completed before adding such things to ones inventory.

For example if the mod changes the pipboy texture by swapping the original with a modded version rather than just changing the texture file you may have to manually add then equip the pipboy from the mod after you pick up the original.

Thank you, it’s too late for me to try this now but I’ll be sure to do so tomorrow, but I have one question. Will this require that I restart my game? It’s no problem seeing as though after I coc’d to sanctuary I only continued to finish unlikely valentine (little detail: after I leave park street station or wait in DC is mainly when the black screen happens)
