Not helping and not your concern what anyone does with their money
I've restarted and even verified game files. Nothing is working. :(
Even messaged Bethesda about it and their reply wasn't helpful. Thanks for the help though!
What did Bethesda reply?
Yeah I guess I'll have to do that. They just sent me the procedures on how to get the Creation Club content. They didn't even address the problem. I have a feeling Bethesda's servers are down considering I can't even visit their support website without having to use a VPN. Thanks anyway man appreciate it!

Edit. I was able to download and update again:
Solution 1: In game menu, turn off your internet connection. Then press mod menu and the game can't log in because no internet connection. When you see log in to bethesda account press esc back to main menu. Then turn on your internet connection and go back to mod menu.
Solution 2: Don't use IPv6 protocol when entering to mod menu.
