Your a bit late since NMM is not officially updated since 2 YEARS now.....
Vortex by concept is great, It just needs a lot more work.
I fully customized my own version using css.
He is talking about manually downloading the mods, And using the broken out of date version of NMM.
Why? I don't know.
They released a security update for NMM, But its old and broken with certain mods. They moved to vortex now. A lot of people are using mod organizer 2.
I dont use any, And have 7 of their games modded at the moment. Crazy I know.
