How to remove highlight from everything?
I only recently noticed this. I could swear I use to search tag for alluminium or other things for eyeglass to appear.

But now I see it all the time and on benches too.

Any tips appreciated!

EDIT:
Found on wiki: "The highlighting effect from rank 2 applies to junk and containers containing junk with components that have been marked for search only, not to weapons and armor. "

Another edit: found a mod that makes no glow!

That's definetly not normal, just a bug. Did you type in any commands? What mods do you have?

I had a similar problem come out of no where not long ago and had to do a file check through Steam and it fixed it.

The only time I ever seen that green glow on the workshop is when you have the mod to put your own settlement anywhere you want.

It shouldnt do anything but make sure the original files are proper.

This fixed my game. I know quite a bit about modding but i dont know why or how it fixed it but it did.

If verifying files doesnt fix your problem you know for sure its a mod.

Really anyone doing much modding should know how to do it manually.
