Start Me Up not working

Hey guys, I've been struggling to get this mod to work for quite a while now and I've looked all over the web and found nothing that can help. The mod never works for me, it doesn't show the start up menu after the bathroom scene like it is supposed to do. And when I try to leave the vault after skipping it nothing seems to work. Any kind of advice is appreciated. The following is my load order:

Move it to the be the last thing loaded.

Do you mean that you do not get the "This is just a dream ..." option menu?
Since you are loading it at the bottom now, try loading it near the top.

Does the vault Exit work well with start me up?
Aside of that, you might try 'Another Life', just tested it and it works great.
