Wazer Wifle
I did the institute ending and when I gave synth Shaun a microscope he did not give the wazer wifle. Is it possible to get it after the institute ending?

Yep, I think you had to do 3 time side quest? I'm not sure, it's basic you don't had to reload ammo, not unlimited ammo.
It's same as Prototype UP77 "Limitless Potential" where you can get early in game as well.
