Load a save from before you used console commands you do not really understand. Get a cheat mod that lets you set you health and use that instead.
Otherwise you problem is only going to get worse
You probably ruined your entire save if you don't have an earlier save point as now every time you go above 1, it treats it as you went below 1.
If you want an immortal character just use the tgm command and be done with it.

The topic is about someone using a console command to @#$% with their health and in doing so @#$%ed their hit points up permanently.
The morale is if you are going to cheat with your health do it the right way and just use TGM.
