Looking for a Damage Reduction mod for Modern Firearms Tactical Edition
I feel like having the weapon mods in the game make it too easy to kill enemies and it makes me not enjoy them. Is there a mod or a way for me to play with these mods and there still be a challenge?

The first part of your thread is asking for a mod to modify damage on modded in weapons? Try the mod's posts section for that.

(^^Never used Modern Firearms)

Here's what I use

1. Survival Options - lets you adjust ingoing and outgoing damage. If you're using that I recommend get Mod Configuration Menu. It's easy to make adjustments in-game with MCM.

2. NPC Level Scaling - the NPCs level with you so you never outlevel anything. When you're level 100 a radroach that will normally be level 5 will be scaled to level 100. Read the mod page for instructions because if you use this with another mod that alters damage then enemies like sentry bots and behemoths turn into bullet....err, mini-nuke sponges.

3. Better Locational Damage - adds bleed effects and bandages and lets you adjust the damage when you install. I couldn't get this to work with #2, i play with one or the other. Eventually I stopped using this altogether but I used it with Modern Firearms since it had bandages and I was going for tactical gameplay.

The second part of your thread has a easy solution. You want it to be a challenge when using those weapons, don't wear any armor, don't use stimpaks and don't carry more than 50-100 rounds of ammo at one time.
