My Bones are sticking out of my body

I play Fallout 4 quite alot and I have recently come into a bug and basically my bone start sticking out in my legs, shoulders etc. anyway why it bugs me so much is because when I sneak in first person theres a massive chunk in the way and its like wearing a bandana in front of my face I was wondering if anyone has ever ran into this problem or has a soloution.

Something is obviously not right with your textures and the body you're using. Have you changed anything lately? Or maybe had another mod overwrite stuff it shouldn't have?

Making my skin itch Might have to try CBBE body type, hopefully that fixes it. You're play as female so should be a quick fix.
