fallout 4 vs stardew valley

is star dew valley or fallout 4 the better farming game. you may ask who asked this and why awnser it? and to that i say apple game spout.


i shall judge each game on these points
story, characters, quests, farm animals, love interests, ♥♥♥♥ed up♥♥♥♥♥♥you can do and crops

first the story

stardew valley starts with you a soulless corporate drone wage slave of walmar... i mean jojo mart getting feed up with there lot in life and going to rebuild the farm your dead grandpa left you in his will. and nope thats pretty much the main story.

ill give it points due to the wage slave thing being more identifiable than having a family though so props for immersion

fallout 4 is the epic tale of a parent trying to recover there lost kid.. wait this has nothing to do with farming whats my motivation for planting crops and working the earth? there isnt one? alright

first point goes to stardew valley

now the characters

both star dew valley have a wide variety of diverse and interesting characters but seeing as this is a farming game comparison i have to give the point to stardew valley because everyone in town can help your farm out but in fallout the only real farm related ncp is preston and i want to help my own farm not save someone elses.

stardew valley lets you hatch dinosaurs and demon chickens fallout 4 lets you farm death claws and release them onto the under preforming field hands.

love interests

well curie has the adorkable factor going for her so does Abigail, both penny and piper like reading that being said the whole robot discovering humanity thing is interesting and and all of fallouts romance options can handle a gun.

♥♥♥♥ed up♥♥♥♥♥♥

fallout 4 lets you kill and eat your son in front of a robot version with you sons childhood memories.

stardew valley lets you get rid of your kids with devils pact by transforming them into birds for profit.

um im calling that a tie

the final point is crops

stardew valley lets me make a alcohol empire by fermenting fruit into wine and making beer sorry fallout 4 but mutant potatoes are of no use here.

stardew valley wins the best farm game award but i think its important to remember that both are both are good games

lol. Nice light entertainment. I actually own both games. At least i think i own both. I tend to stock pile games during summer sales. So i forget what i buy since i only focus on one game at a time most of the time.

Flappy you didn't even read why I gave stardew valley the point for that did you? This was best farming game competition stardew valley gave you a story motive to farm well fallouts motive was just to find you kid with no farm related motive. It had nothing to do with fallouts story being bad and frankly after the cliched crap pile of the vegas storyline 4s was a nice improvement not perfect but an improvement.

Well he does have a fetis for seting his climaxs near landmarks, shoehorning in the us military and creating massive explosions so that would explain why vegas ♥♥♥♥ on the ncrs lore to make the hover dam the climax and inserted a random ww2 bomber that should have been rusted to nothing to boost the explosions.

Still didn't he already use the hover dam in transformers? Kind of lazy I know obsidian are hacks but you would think if there getting bay to write for them they could at least make him do a new finale.
