(Ywatch please don't ban me)
Threatening others with a ban is childish. Even your height does not impress me. I live in a country where the average height is 5 feet 11 inches. That is not far from 6 feet. It is something common. There are millions people that have your height or are taller (include me if you are curious about mine).
It would be nice if you stop with threatening others with a ban. It does not add value to the thread. You can ignore others if they become an annoyance.
And as said: the vanilla camera is position at the mouth/chin level. There are solutions for that like altering NPC's height or moving up the camera yourself. However it is not easy to do so.
IIRC there is a good working solution in Skyrim. Maybe you can re-use the same ingredients to solve that camera height problem.
Just download the mod for the hobbit house and make do.
I got out of my Power Armour just now specifically to test this for you and walked past a male and a female - and the Male Player Character appears to be as tall or taller than the male (and definitely taller than the female).
While NPCs differ in height between them, it is usually not much at all (not as IRL)
