Sanctuary: Hidden cap stash

So pardon what may even be a duplicate thread (searched but didnt get results for this)

Even after nearly 3 years with this game and even alot of time in creation kit,
First time I'd ever found this cap stash while doing some spring cleaning on a new playthrough.

First house in sanctuary near the bridge in the back room w/safe.

If I may pop in, nice find - but it is possible to obtain that Stash just by standing near the fallen fan, heh.
