[Solved] A quest that is not on google

So I went to the General Atomic Galleria, and I found a note, and a piece of blue tape, which started "A gift from the skies" quest. The note says there is 4 pieces of blue tape around, if i find them all I get a "gif" I assume is ment to say "gift". I've found 2 pieces of the blue tape, one was with the note, and I don't remember where the other one was. I googled a bit and couldn't find anything for this quest. I am modded, but none of my mods add quests that I know of, and I don't have any of the blue tape weapons mods, that I know of. If any of you know, I'd love some help. If you'd like my mod list, I'll post it if needed

So, it was a gift, I found the 2 last pieces of tape with in 3 minutes after the post, and its part of the AK5C mod, which I found out was by the same person as all the bluetape mods. It gave me a rifle, from said mod.

There's no such quest in the vanilla game. It has to be part of a mod.
