What does it say in the quest entry in your pipboy?
Quartermastery is a pointless repeatable quest, so why does it matter that you have travel farther to do it?
You can also break the game if you don't know what you are doing...
This should always be the first place you look for answers. These forums are full of bad info.
I didn't recommend them. The OP did. The link I gave also lays out the perils of using those commands. Unfortunately, Bethesda's games sometimes require using them. Steam forums is the last place anyone should go for advice. Your need to insult me is a prime example, rather than just disagreeing like an adult would. Have a nice day.
also steam forumns has fixed many a problem for me, including this one
what i did instead was noclip to fly over there and get the quest
also the war never changes mod fixed many bugs including this one so it no longer is a problem
