Without knowing which version you got, move the Data folder of the texture pack into your Fallout4 folder.

Should be steam/steamapps/common/Fallout4

Then in NMM enable the plugin.

Thanks for the replies, It seems I was having an issue with load order, Ran loot and looks like its all good. :)
