Cheers lads at bethesda so after more than a year you guys couldn't fix this ♥♥♥♥.
I'll try to refund this game after i bought it on this years summer sale.
I'll give you a hint If you ever go to Diamond City and try to do the quest "Confidence Man" do not, let me repeat, DO NOT start this quest. You'll be invincible, people randomly beginn to attack you and followers will hate you because they thing you've just started a riot.

Aight thanks guys playing Project Red games instead they and every other developer would be ashamed to leave a game in such a bad state

The fact you'd even refund because one bug is embarrasing.

Did the Quest Hundreds of Times, no issue, maybe you hitted someone accidently

There are few known bugs causing potential problems in this mission, but none of what you described.

The main issue (fixed in Official Patch 1.2, but sometimes apparently still appearing) does not make you invincible, but sets Gouger and Bull as essential.

Sounds to me that you accidentially attacked someone.

Maybe you didn't set unarmed, like no weapon selected, it's a brawl fist fight not a kill.

I've started the quest as normal had the brawl going on unequipped my weapons to make sure i won't kill these guys.
After the quest was finished i had to wait a minute or two until i could speak to travis.
Bull was still in the bar and kept telling me to get lost which i thought would just be another "bethesda thing"

Afterwards i talked to the barkeeper who gave me the quest to go speak to scarlet.
I convinced her to speak with travis.
After i got back to the bar his brother came up to me and told me his brother (the barkeeper) was captured and i should talk to travis.
I've talked to travis got the quest for the brewery and when inside i found Raiders which i killed pretty easy but Gouger and Bull were invincible. So was I. They tried to kill me and i tried to kill them but nothing ever happened. They were just immobil for about 30 secs and then stood up and shot at me. When i was killed ragdoll was beginning to happen but i just sat on my arse for 5-10 secs until i was able to move again.

I tried to go straight for the barkeeper but he just kept telling me i should help him but i couldn't untie him.

i've left the place but travis keeps following me i am invincible and if i don't fast travel or run away fast enough Gouger will follow me.

i have uploaded a savefile so that some of my friends could look into it but they couldn't help me either.

That is what you are experiencing. It was fixed in 1.2, but evidently it still happens every once in awhile. I would try loading a save from before you go into the brewery and see if that fixes it or, if that doesnt fix it, load one from before the point you got the quest. I have made many playthroughs and never had that problem, so I would guess its sometihing you could fix with a reload.
