In kellogg's house don't unlock secret room

In the main story in the kellogg house, when I press the button, I do not open the secret room (I tried to open the kellogg house with the key from the mayor, and tried the lockpick house) in the case of two cases it behaves together.

Sounds like a bug from a mod.

Try uninstalling all mods. Or one at a time until you figure out which is doing it.

I stubmled across Kellogg's house before getting the quest, and it going in before the quest did not bug out the actual quest where you find the secret room. So I don't think accessing the area before the quest triggers bugs it (Bethesda doesn't prevent you from entering it, like they wall off certain portions of buildings until a specific quest is active when entering the cell).
