Boston Airport: where are my settlers going?

My settlers just keep leaving the settlement. Anyone know about a fix?

Check your pip boy "data/workshops. Since you can't plant I am guessing they have no food and are unhappy. If so put food in the workshop. So far I've only got six settlers. Their happiness dropped from 66 to 63 just going from 5 to 6 settlers.

I got the boston airport workshop fix and planters. My game had a corrupted save from "don't call me settler" so I started over. This didn't happen last time.

They get all recruited in the BoS Army and send to the Frontlines. have u seen BoS Patrols? there is evre one Guy running in front with normal BoS armor and a wimpsy Weapon. they need to get this poor guys from somewhere. :)

I appreciate the humour but I was more looking for a bug fix

Try looking on the other side of the wall from the workbench - inside the BOS portion of the airport.
Pretty much every time I develop the airport as a settlement I will find the settlers grouped there.
They do tend to wander around the whole airport from time to time.

I made a walkway for them to get back, but that isn't it. They're actively just walking off
