2. The free HD texture pack DLC if you downloaded it.
3. Yesterday you were just out exploring the Commonwealth and today you're in downtown Boston. For this, lower Shadow Distance to medium and turn Godrays off.
Still betting you're closer to downtown Boston now OR you're near Corvega.
Is there anyway to fix this 50fps cap?
Don't ask me why or how - "It just works" XD
LOL, loudly!
Basically, if the game runs at 60fps, everything is normal. Bump it up to, say 140fps, and the in-game speed is doubled. Bottles fall at around twice the speed, players are roughly twice as fast
How do I cap it at 60? I tried everything and it stays at 50.
The angle depends on the latiitude where you live, it may be 19 degrees where you live but it is 21 degrees where I live
First of all, please define "everything". In other words, what have you done so far? That will save us (and you) from repeating what you've already tried.
Ah, but you haven't taken into account the constant fluctuations of the geomagnetic field and the effects of the solar wind conbined with the rotation and curvature of the Earth. That's why 19 degrees is globally recommended.
