not getting full quest rewards?

For some reason the quests I have done that I've haggled for more reward have not given me the extra reward. For instance, order up i convinced wolfgang to pay more but he only gave me 100 for some reason. This is the latest in the list of these, and ive never seen this mentioned no matter how much i looked it up. Does anyone know what on earth is going on and how to fix it?

Sorry, never seen that.

If say you're at Quincy Quarry and haggling with Sully to go patch the pipes, you get what you haggle for. That's why you don't see it, we don't get that error. (I mention that one because that's one of the first haggles you get to try, and you're very broke that early where a 50 caps difference matters)

You probably extorted money from him, you only get 100 from settling the situation at the diner if you did, regardless of what he said.

Sully is NOT at Quincy Quarry he is just outside Concord. Diner? What diner? There is not one at Sullys quarry?

Unless of course you are engaged in a game changing MOD. If so you should tell us - signed 'lost in the wasteland!!

no i did not extort and yes ik about that effect
as for others there were some quests
Confidence Man only gave me the basic level of caps as well
Pool Cleaning also
Fly Fishing
that is every single quest so far that I have done that I can haggle that I didn't get the reward (also that i have done so far period out of the quests you can haggle along with the one mentioned already)
all these didnt give me the haggled amount

no elbmek man that's not it, I meant thicket excavations, you're not confused I am, the one where he gets you to go swimming and then they turn it into a <secret>. Wrong quarry.

No dude, as I said, never seen that. No one else is posting about it either, I wonder why? Not one person has ever mentioned it, even googling. I'd go to the fallout subreddit and post there, higher userbase visibility.
