I'm kind of bummed you MISSED THE EVENT... they went to the trouble to make it... that when you get around 20th or 25th level, you'll be outside, and a flying saucer will scream by overhead, trailing smoke, go off the horizon, then you'll hear a distant "boom!" (they always crash in the same spot though, regardless of where you saw the saucer fly-over.)
I laugh every time i see that. :)

And yes, that is just it. The Aliens are a recurring easteregg in Fallout games and had at least one full blown DLC in Fallout 3. But Bethesda does not seem to want to do much more with them then short cameos these days. If you want to learn more about the Zetans, you could check out this video

The Creation Club would offer you a Zetan weapon bundle
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qw6F9ty0Z_Y
but everyone has to decide for himself if that is worth the money.
On the free mod front, the Sim Conquerer series
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/37000
would have a Zetan expansion
https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/38598
which might be fun when all fatcions would really duke it out for settlements and now you might have Zetans in the mix. But I have not given it a shot so far and assume it is more a project for those people that really know what they are doing when it comes to keeping a lot of mods around and having a stable game.
Would think since Fallout 4 made over 750 million on launch day another game would be out by now or the CC would have more than a couple good DLC to offer.
When i think what ESO and Fallout 76 have done to the titles and modding and Youtube content and removing ally companion characters and everything i want to barf. :)
Then i remember that the skippable start to Fallout 4 wasnt a very good start to a sci fi. * BARF* But the Last of Us 2 came out right? *UPCHUCK*
