The molecular level

I'm having problems with the molecular level. The components are all built and there is enough power going through it, but it still says I should power it up. The main section is lit up and power goes through it, but it won't let me proceed. What am I doing wrong?

This quest is notoriously fussy about placing the teleporter pieces. I'd pick it up and build it somewhere else.

All elements need to be on 1 grid so generator - to console - to antenna - to big interceptor on 1 single line so every component connected which each other.

Run all the power you are generating to one pylon and then connect all of the devices to that pylon. It does say specifically that is required for the thing to work.

Thanks for the advice.

I hooked up all the generators to one pylon and then the pylon to the console and so forth. Does the emitter need to be hooked up to anything but the dish? It won't let me connect to anything but the dish. I also tried to but the pieces in a straight line, but again nothing.

I did everything suggested, but nothing. WTF? Is it a bug or am i missing something?

It happens exactly the same. I don't want to quit the game, but I searched the whole web and can't find any solution :(

I found a solution with keyboard commands:
Hit the ~ key and then enter "SetStage MQ206 400", enter and then ~ to close the interface. After that, do the same but with 500 at the end. Then 600 and the then 700 and then finally 1000.
