1- a mod that adds a lot of carry weight to the player (got tired of doing player.setav carryweight each time i used power armor) (i use this cause i am absurdly obsessed with picking every single item i see. I might need to replace this with a chat with a psychologist or something.) *At least thanks to my obsession i picked this weird item up lmao.
2- a custom mod i made just to test a little bit my creation kit skills, which only adds a new world space with a bunch of buildings and stuff, nothing new really.
3- a mod that adds a weapon called the "crude blowback"
4- a mod that removes the need to join the railroad to unlock ballistic weave
5- boston fps fix (this i added recently cause a friend told me that this could help with my fps issues in the city areas and it kinda worked, now i get around 30 fps on cities and only in certain spots i get the good old friendly 3fps i used to.)
6- Unbreakable power armor mod to make powerarmor not seem like its made out of cardboard and actually make enemies that wear it have it for more than 3 seconds when they fight me so i can at least appreciate the good looking power armors rather than just seeing enemies walking around with a power armor and 3 seconds later in a power frame.
As far as i know none of these add any extra items. I have been playing with them since before i installed the DLCs so i know that those dont add it. Except for the boston fix, that one i added recently after installing the DLCs, so yeah, that could be related but i doubt it. Imma check it out with FO4Edit and see if it adds any weird items, and probably check out what the id of the weird purified water is just in case that can help finding where i found it in world.
Edit: when i said base game i meant base game or DLC content. Like official/vanilla stuff.
Edit 2: Ok, found it 249f3b thats the ID. All i had to do was help purified and only 2 values appeared. The standard purified water and whatever this is.
So I decided after playing for a while to just search the id in FO4Edit, enabling only the base game, no mods, no dlcs, and i put in the ID to see if it was from the base game and sure it was... Its the id for sippable water (Editor ID is HC_SippableWater).
Now as i mentioned, i was already suspecting this could possibly be the only other kind of purified water in the game, the one you drink from sinks and stuff. I thought that cause it had that remark of 0rads on it, and since it was "purified water" using the water carton, it smelled like placeholder model all over it. And surely it was. So the only question now is where in the actual FU- did i find it. Off to the CK i guess.
It was just in a shelf somewhere or something, and I often don't remember it's that one until I'm already picking it up, or after I have it in my inventory.
There is an item that is called "Purified water". It's not the same as the bottled purified water. This item can't be obtained normally, its only used when you drink from a sink, like those in a vault. They let you drink water that is not radiated right? Well, turns out the way the game does this is by adding a "special" purified water item to your inventory and consuming it. Somehow, someone in the dev team of the nuka world dlc screwed and placed down this item thinking it was dirty water, because this item's 3D model is the same as the dirty water, it uses the water carton.
So long story short, someone at bethesda screwed... again... :P
As i said on this previous post, here is where you can find it:
