Treasure of Jamaica Plains
I have decided that the treasure of Jamaica Plains does exist...

In the form of all that glorious fiber optic.

Lol it's hardly treasure, just some pre-war sports memorabilia and crap.

Some may call them junk. Me, I call them treasures.

LMAO. Funny thing is, you can sell some of that stuff to collectors of sports items across the commonwealth, the bat can be sold to moe in diamond city and it will trigger a unique conversation.

I thought the "treasure" was a good way to illustrate the contrast between pre and post war values. Look at how much JP spent, and to protect what.

The baseball memorabilia can be sold for a decent pile of caps in Diamond city.

At least it was not just a story and 319 worthless paper badges. :steammocking:

We don't need no stinkin Sunset Sarsaparilla deputy paper badges. :)

I remember the first time I entered the "treasure"room, and how disappointed I was. I didn't even notice the World Series bat, I think all I took was the prototype biometric scanner. I thought surely it would have some kind of use, but it didn't. When I did finally take the bat to Moe Cronin, it was amusing to see how excited he got over it..

as a raider, i have accumulated 20k caps in like a week via tradelines just by enslaving outposts all over commonwealth. I literally don't have to do anything, I get fed so much money it's hilarious. Only downside is the BOS, Railroad, these guys shoot me on sight. Minutemen don't for some reason and still call me general.

Yeah I figured the dude likes baseball stuff, so I took the bat to him just to see if it would trigger a convo and what do you know, got a trigger! I think he can pay you up to 500 caps for it, he really seems to want it badly for his collection.
