Display driver stop responding?
I keep having CTDs, not always, but often enough and only during loading screens between locations. When I get to desktop it said my display driver stopped responding but recovered. Is this caused by mods? Too many? Or one in particular that's too heavy?

What drivers and gpu do you run with?

As for mods, you'll just have to remove a few at a time and test until you're stable.

Typically, when a display adapter stops responding, it's either or both of the following:

1) Your display adapter's driver is outdated.
2) Your display adapter lacks the processing power to run the game.

To me, it seems that your video card severely lacks the necessary specifications to run the game, resulting in it becoming overworked to the point where it crashes and has to restart.

Actually found out it was one particular mod causing my PC to work too hard. Diamond In The Rough. A mod that puts a bunch of trees, npcs, and minor buildings throughout diamond city. After removing it I've had no issues.

Might need a new Power Supply then, lol. Surprisingly, a lot of my crashes stopped by using EVGA PrecisionX and boosting the power target to 110%. Since my 970 is Factory overclocked to damn near 1500mhz (Which I boosted to 1500MHZ even because Autism) the card would frequently try to draw (And fail at stock) 101%+ Power. (At 1500MHZ with no memory clock increase it caps out around 104% now)

Hello hope this helps, if you are using more than one monitor try extending your displays, instead of cloning them, the extra load on my gtx 650 was causing this error.

After changing the setting run the game on your preferred monitor/T.V.

You can specify which monitor is primary in the Nvidia Control Panel
